You are welcome to share my contact details with your real estate agent, vendor, or developer. This allows us to coordinate directly, saving time and effort for all parties.
I also manage communications with the financing institution to ensure a smooth process.
You can relax while waiting for the loan decision. Once approved, the loan agreement will be sent to you by post.
In a follow-up meeting, we go through the loan agreement line by line. My priority is that no questions remain unanswered and that you fully understand what you are signing.
If required, I remain your personal point of contact beyond signing and the notary appointment.
I support you until the loan is fully disbursed – a service that is still uncommon in Germany.
