My service is free for you. I am compensated by the lender once a mortgage completes.

• Getting to Know Each Other

In a free initial consultation, preferably via video call, we discuss your needs and decide whether to work together.

• Analysis Of Your Financial Situation and Goals

During the advisory meeting we examine property details, income, assets and expectations.

• Financing Options and Offers

Based on your details, I present several tailored digitally after our meeting.

• Optimisation and Application

Questions or changes are clarified via call, video or email. Once you choose an offer and submit required documents, I file your application digitally.

• Loan Agreement

After approval, you receive the loan agreement digitally and by post. We review it line by line to ensure full understanding before signing. After completing the required identification via post or video procedure, you return the signed contract to the respected institution within the given deadline.

• Ongoing Support

I remain your personal advisor until full disbursement – a service still uncommon in Germany.

All our appointments take place online via Microsoft Teams or by phone. You can therefore simply retreat to a meeting room at your workplace during lunch break. Or make yourself comfortable at home with coffee or tea on your sofa while we plan your financing and discuss any questions. No city travel required.
